An Awakened Love

I had a dream

That a man would love me

I prayed and prayed for a man

Then one day God answered my prayers

He showed up and smiled

Love rendered, He surrendered

God blessed us with His love to share with each other

And to others around the world, to show how great His love is

We will share God's love with our childeren

show them how God loves

Teach them to love one another as God taught us

God blesses those who love Him

When we saw each other for the first time

God's love awakened us

His love grew for me

Mine for him

He surrendered to me

I surrendered to him

Our love grew for each other as time gone by

Our love is here to stay

It will never go away

The day we say , I do

Is the day God will bless this union of souls

We will become as one in Jesus Christ our Lord

Our marriage will be blessed

Jesus will be with us in everything we do

May Jesus bless us and keep us

May His love keep us and never forsake us

May His face shine upon us

and never leave us

Blessed be the name of the Lord

For His name will be sanctified and glorified

He will rein forever

In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord
